Let’s Make Garlic Parmesan Crusted Carrots
Honestly, I hate carrots, but this recipes turns them up from Zero to Hero. This roasted carrots are flavored with Parmesan and crusted with Garlic. They are super easy to make and very delicious. This recipe can also be made into air fryer carrots as well. Overall, this is just a low maintenance recipe that is sure to blow everyone away.
Anyway, I hate carrots. I think everything about them are a lie. They aren’t super healthy, they barely have nutrients. They don’t help with eyesight. The vitamin A is just a lie so that people would eat carrots. They are almost flavorless. The carrots in people’s pants are the size that they claim them to be. Just to make sure, mine is 10 inches long, the average size of the an Asian carrot.
You can’t really mess this recipe up, but there is an ingredient that is quite exotic: Dashi Powder. This powder is basically bouillon powder made from fish. It can be found in Japanese and Korean grocery stores, but can be substituted with bouillon powder or just salt in general.

In-Depth Recipe
Garlic Parmesan Crusted Carrots
1. Preheat the oven to 400F and mix together Carrots, Oil, Grated Garlic, Panko, Parmesan, and Dash Powder–although salt is a great substitute for Dash Powder.

2. Spread the Carrots on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the Panko becomes golden crispy. You can bake for longer if wanted to make the carrots extra dried out, but be careful with accidentally burning the Panko.
3. Top with Grated Parmesan and Sliced Scallions.
