Garlic Parmesan Crusted Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lb Carrots (Peeled)
  • ¼ C Oil
  • 6 Cloves Garlic (Grated or Minced)
  • ¼ C Panko
  • C Parmesan (Grated, Grate extra for topping)
  • 1 Pinch of Dashi Powder (Salt or Bouillon Powder works well as substitutes)

Toppings

  • Scallions (Sliced)
  • Parmesan (Grated)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F and mix Everything except for the Topping Ingredients.
  • Set the Carrots on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the Panko becomes golden crispy.
  • Top with toppings and eat.
