Air Fried Lemongrass Chicken Wings: Super Easy and Zesty
The lemon grass gives it a unique zesty taste that is unlike anything else. The skin will give a very glass-like crunch that is unmistakable to be something other than delicious. This is a healthier and easier take on lemongrass fried chicken that can be found in local asian restaurants

1TspGinger(Grated)
1TspGarlic(Grated)
1Shallot(Diced)
2TbspLemongrass(Minced)
.5 Tsp Chili Oil(Optional)
3TbspOil(More or Less)
Instructions
Procedure:
Use a paper towel to try them or air dry them in the fridge, if not already done so. Mix everything together and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes
Spread the wings out and air fry on 400f for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Then flip the wings and air fry for 5-8 minutes. Don’t open the airfryer and let the wings cool in the airfryer for at least 5 minutes. Optional, but for even crispier wings, brush the wings with oil, air fry at 300f for another 5 minutes. After, don’t open the airfryer door, and let them cool in the airfryer for another 5 minutes at least.

Adjust everything to personal taste if wanted, but be warned that lemon won’t replace lemon grass.Use a paper towel to dry out the wings and remove the extra water or let the wings air dry in the fridge. This will ensure that the wings will be even crispier. A drier skin makes a crispier skin.For even crispier wings, brush the wings with oil, air fry at 300f for another 5 minutes. After, don’t open the airfryer door, and let them cool in the airfryer for another 5 minutes at least.After air frying, don’t open the air fryer door. Let the chicken wings cool down in the airfryer for at least 5 minutes to retain and create an even crunchier skin.
