Spicy Peanut Noodles

15 minute easy and creamy noodle recipe. The extra kick from the peppers truly bring the peanut butter into a different dimension of flavor.

Ingredients
  

Ingredients (Adjust to Taste):

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Birdseye Chili Pepper (Crushed & Optional)
  • ½ Tsp Sugar (Optional)
  • ¼ Tsp Chili Oil (Optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Stock (Any Stock Will Do)Ø
  • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic (Grated)
  • 12 oz Cooked Noodles
  • 1 Persian Cucumber (Jullienned)
  • ½ Carrot (Jullienned)
  • Pinch Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Pinch Toasted Peanuts (Crushed)

Instructions
 

Procedure:

  • Mix all of the ingredients together excluding the cucumbers, noodles, carrots, sesame seeds, and crushed peanuts until it becomes a homogenous sauce.
  • Add in noodles and mix well. Top with cucumbers, noodles, carrots, sesame seeds, and crushed peanuts.

Notes

It doesn't matter what temperature the stock is as long as you whisk the sauce until it becomes homogenous. 
You may need to add more stock or liquid to thin out the sauce.
The ingredient measurements are to my own taste, but change it up based on personal desires. It's really just missing the meth I think.
